Question 1 - What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.

Question 2 - Do you accept Pre-Paid gift cards?

Yes, we accept pre-paid gift cards from all major credit card companies.

Question 3 – What printing method do you use?

We use Direct to Garment Printing, also known as DTG printing, for a majority of our apparel products. We use embroidery for apparel products such as hats, bags, etc. We also use dye sublimation for hard goods and certain specialty products such as mugs, pendants, cell phone cases, aprons, etc.

Question 4 – Where are your product size charts?

Every product page includes a “See Size Chart” button located directly below the product’s size options.

Question 5 - Do you ship globally?

We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping transit time ranges from 2-4 weeks depending on destination.

Question 6 - How will it cost to ship to my country?

Pricing will depend on the country in which you reside and the number of items that you are purchasing. Exact pricing can be found by clicking "Add to Cart" and entering in your address before completing the checkout process.

Question 7 - When will I receive my items?

All items are shipped within 1-4 business days from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. For U.S. Domestic orders, please allow 8-12 days between purchase and delivery. Deliveries may take longer for non-U.S. orders due to customs regulations within your country. For non-U.S. orders, please allow 2-4 weeks between purchase and delivery. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the expected lead time.

Question 8 - Where is my item?

You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships).

Question 9 - I chose the wrong item or size, can you help?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item goes into production, we can correct the error. Remember, we strive to send out your product ASAP so act fast!.

Question 10 - I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you find out that you have made an error. If we catch the issue before the item ships, than we can make the change. Otherwise, we will have to wait until the item is returned to us.

Question 11 - What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?

If your order has been listed as "undeliverable" and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost.

Question 12 - What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge to you. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving product. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Important: Items purchased with a Free Rack Extension promo are final sale. These items cannot be returned and refunded unless of any clear defects or errors on our part.

Question 13 - What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. The damaged product does not need to be returned, but we will need a photograph to complete the claim. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund you or send you a comparable item of your choice.

Question 14 - What happens if my item is damaged after washing?

We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
