Return Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange per the following policy:

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge to you. Claims and returns must be made within 30 days of receiving product. However, at the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item's size, design, color, spelling, etc.  Please carefully review your entire order and product dimensions provided in our size charts to ensure you have selected the best fit for you.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, colors, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Important: Items purchased with a Free Rack Extension promotion are final sale. These items cannot be returned and refunded unless of any clear defects or errors on our part.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Partial refunds will  be granted for any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@reasonistas.com.

Exchanges and Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
